Wahhh! I feel like the happiest girl in the world, I love making food, and I managed to make a deeelicious bánh xèo! I prob didn’t have the “right” filling, but it was really good anyways (carrots, pak choy, spinach, onion and mushrooms). I still have some batter in the fridge, I’ll probably make it again this weekend haha.
I did nước chấm to go with it too, and it was also really good.
I really left a little piece of my heart in Asia. Just like I have a little piece of it here in Sweden(and one in Bruges, Belgium hehe). I guess I’ll never feel really…whole.
