Anyone here who has any recipes they could recommend that has hoisin sauce in it? I have this huge jar, and the taste is so special I really don’t know what to make of it. Please share your food with me?!

I’ve started planning my trip to Japan next year, and just had a look at plane tickets, and it was sooo cheap!! A friend of mine is living in China, and might be there still in a year, so I looked for tickets first to Hong Kong (to stay there maybe a week) and then from Hong Kong to Osaka, and for both it was just 4360 SEK!!!! (that’s like 670 dollars which sounds a lot because the dollar is so weak, but in Swedish Krona it really isn’t that much)
Gahhhhh just want to book it, but it’s too early to be sure that I’ll be able to actually go through with it

I really wish I could be in Asia for the Lunar New Year. :// Maybe next year.

I just really miss those yellow houses that were everywhere in Hoi An.

Today it’s been exactly one year since I arrived to Vietnam, to spend about 6 months in Asia. Time has really flied this past year. And I’m so sad that I’ll be stuck in Sweden for atleast one more year before I can go back to Asia again. :(

Not really sure what to do with myself, or with my life. I just know that Asia needs to be a part of it.

Okey so far I’m planning on applying for jobs at the Foreign Ministry here in Sweden, and also Vietnam and Japans embassy. I will also apply for Swedens embassy in Vietnam and Japan. Maybe somewhere else too.
I will also apply for the Swedish Chamber of Commerce, and the Swedish Trade Council pretty much everywhere in Asia, a couple of countries in Europe and in the US. What else?

Any tips on jobs for a girl who wants to work internationally during her summer break but still haven’t finished her bachelor?

I’m pretty excited about the next course that I’ll start in one week, Asia’s economic geography. Finally I get to read about Asia again :D it will probably make my wanderlust unbearable again though.
